Privacy and Terms of Use
We at Divine Curves Bridal are committed to personal, private and spectacular service! We will work diligently to ensure that you are completely satisfied with everything you purchase, as well as with all aspects of our service. Our goal is to exceed your expectations.
RETURN POLICY:
Due to the special nature of our merchandise, there are no returns, refunds or exchanges. Every sale is a Final Sale. This final sale policy is consistent with industry standards for bridal and special occasion apparel.
PAYMENT:
We accept Visa, Mastercard and checks – with 2 forms of ID.
There is a $35 fee on all returned checks. You will have 10 days from the date you received notification of returned check and all unpaid returned checks are turn over the county District Attorney’s office.
Lay-A-Way is available with a 50% deposit with payment to be complete within 120 days of purchase date.
LAY-AWAY TERMS:
A Purchase of $250 qualifies for up to 90 days lay-away plan. No Interest charges.
DOWN PAYMENT:
All lay-away plans require 50% down payment at time of purchase.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!
LAY-A-WAY PAYMENTS:
Payments will be the total purchase price (including shipping or tax if applicable) divided by the number of months in the qualifying lay-away plan. (Example: 1500.00 minus 50% (750.00) down payment = $750.00 divided by 3 months = $250.00 per month)
Payments may be made via credit card or through Paypal (link on www.DivineCurvesBridal.com).
TO MAKE PAYMENTS:
Payments can be made as frequently as you like, but, in order to keep your Divine Curves Bridal Lay-Away Agreement in current standing a payment must be made at least every 30 days to be applied against the total price of the Lay-Away, calculated from the date of the initial Lay-Away set-up. These payments can be made either online by using Paypal (thall_carriagehall.com) or by phone with credit card, or by automated credit card payment (separate authorization form required). If the payment is not made within 10 days of due date, a service charge of 2% a month will be charged to your account.
UNCLAIMED LAYAWAYS:
Layaways are consider unclaimed, if the balance remains unpaid for 45 days. The order will be cancelled. No refunds or store credit will be issued.
DEFAULTED LAY-A-WAY:
If timely payment (payments made every 30 days) are not received you forfeit your payments and all items are placed back into stock for public purchase.
REINSTATEMENT OF A DEFAULTED LAY-AWAY:
If the item has not been sold, or placed on layaway by another bride, the original layaway program can be re-instated for an additional fee of $25 plus PAYMENT IN FULL.
STORAGE:
During Lay-A-Way and after completed payment the client acknowledges that Divine Curves Bridal is not responsible for any damage or destruction to the clients' garment stored on our premises. All risks are therefore the responsibility of the client. We are not responsible for any articles left more than 90 days after given wear date.
ALTERATIONS:
Divine Curves Bridal does not provide alteration services, however we can refer you to a good tailor and are always open to suggestions of outstanding service by a tailor.
Shipping:
Shipping is provided by USPS or UPS. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Most gowns can be shipped for around $25.00, but final shipping charges will be provided to customer prior to completed payment.

Page 1 Our experience with Divine Curves Bridal was absolutely wonderful. It wasn't like going in some bridal shops where there isn't alot of privacy. It was a total blessing to find Divine Curves. Prices are great in comparison, and the quality of the dress was excellent. Not all brides are a size 3, and there are still some young ladies who have modesty.
All in all my daughter and I give the shop a triple A+++. Highly recommend shopping there first. It could very well save alot of headache.

Page 9 Tina was absolutely wonderful! I wanted my dress to stand out and find something unique that was also very classic. She had a large selection of dresses to try on and offered great advice on what I needed for my body type, while keeping in mind what I wanted in a gown. I am so thrilled to have worn a dress so beautiful for such a great price. My wedding photos look like I spent thousands instead of hundreds. The fitting room was large enough to be comfortable for me and my bridesmaids and perfectly done with large mirrors. Fabulous service, selection and prices.

Page 10 The picking of the dress, as a plus-sized bride, was one of the most dreaded tasks that I had put off as long as possible, but finding Divine Curves made this one of the best moments of the wedding-planning process! I had the most beautiful dress; I had a dress I would have picked no matter what size I would have found myself wearing at the time of my wedding, and it was all thanks to Divine Curves. Since I did not have to try on sample sizes and put myself on display for strangers in a typical boutique, I felt comfortable and secure enough to try on dresses I felt were designed for thinner, prettier brides, and that's when I found the one! Since it is run out of a home, the fitting room isn't the size of a phone booth and your family and friends have a comfortable waiting area! Thanks to Divine Curves, I didn't feel like a beautiful, plus-sized bride, I just felt like a beautiful bride!

Page 11 I am so pleased with Tina Hall and Divine Curves Bridal.
As a professional plus size woman, I know how difficult it is to find quality clothing for a special occasion. I was fearful that I would not be able to find a dress in my size (28 -30) and was dreading looking for it. In fact, I had bought a few white summer dresses as a back up just in case I could not find a dress. My younger sister in another state found Divine Curves for me via a web search and said, “What are you worried about, you have everything you need in Oklahoma City.” She was soooo right.
When I got to Divine Curves, Tina had several dresses of many different styles for me to try on. She also had the undergarments in my size. She was so well stocked, my size was a never an issue. For an appointment that I had been dreading, it turned into a really fun experience. Tina assuaged my concerns and gave me honest feedback on the different dresses. I completely believe that she wants to help brides have a beautiful day.
Also as an older bride, I really respect the way that Divine Curves offered dresses at reasonable prices. I did not feel that she was trying to up-sell me and in fact, I was surprised at how she did not focus on prices but instead on what dresses would make me feel pretty. She even helped me to get estimates on the cost to alter my two final choices so I could make an informed decision.
Its been a long time that I have met someone who has gone out of their way to this level to make a customer feel happy and beautiful in their purchases. Tina has found her true calling and she has a special gift to calm a plus-sized bride and help her to know that she will be beautiful and loved on her special day.

“What I would wear was on my mind the second he asked me to marry him... the dress! The dress is the most important thing to a bride - besides the groom!
I was worried that I would not find a dress that would show off my curves and instead make me look like a bundle of fabric.
I was feeling anxiety instead of excitement. I was so wrong.
Tina had a great selection of beautiful wedding gowns and she knew just what style would look good on my body type. She strapped me into the corset and tied up the back of the dresses just right. I started out with wanting nothing but a dress with sleeves but she gently suggested that I try some others on because I would be surprised. Once again, she was right. I had gone in adamant about not wanting strapless but ended up with the perfect strapless dress!
After trying on about five or six beautiful dresses, I put the dress on that I would end up wearing for my wedding. I immediately knew this was the one and I was so excited!
Before that day I had never even tried a wedding dress on so I had no idea how I was going to look in one but I was amazed. The dress is perfect for me! Just knowing that pressure was out of the way and I knew exactly what I would be wearing put my mind at ease. Thank you Tina!!!”

This is the most wonderful experience I could have EVER imagined! When we arrived we went into the biggest and most beautiful dressing room where there was plenty of room for my entourage, me, my dress AND walking around room (some dresses just require twirling). It was a quiet, one-on-one, no pressure environment where my friends were welcome to participate or wait patiently in the other room while watching television, which is what my brother opted for. We were all offered drinks and when it got warm in there, the air conditioner got blasted full force. Hello customer service, nice to meet you! Tina was very patient while I found just the right dress and worked SUPER hard getting me in and out of all of them. She shared with us during our visit about where her concept came from, experiences her and her daughter had, ideas and hope that a plus-size bride CAN look good and at a good price! After being to the huge wedding megastore I would suggest EVERYONE call Tina and book an appointment. The prices were HALF what we found at the above mentioned megastore and the dresses were more unique and beautiful. I have confidence that a thousand other brides will NOT have my same dress and that makes me so happy. I have told every person I can find about this experience and how I feel so blessed to have been treated so well.

That's the best way I can describe Tina and the services she provides to anxious brides. I loved the one on one attention she gave. The attention to detail is fantastic. The extra air conditioning in the room was a plus! I didn't realize how hot I would get from just trying on a dress! I had plenty of room to move around and the three huge mirrors were very nice. Within 45 minutes of arriving I had found my dress and was walking out the door with a smile on my face. My sister and mom came with me to my appointment and were just as impressed as I was with the professionalism and attention to detail. Tina even emailed me a few days before my big day to ask if there was anything else she could do to help! It really meant a lot to know that she was thinking of me even after she had made her sell.
The atmosphere is so relaxed and there is no pressure to BUY BUY BUY! Divine Curves was my first and last stop in my search for a dress. I had been hesitant of going to a more well known store because I was afraid I couldn't fit in anything and I'm very modest and didn't want to be paraded around a store in dress that was 10 sizes too small. Tina even got me in one dress that was almost too big. She told "Don't lose any weight before the wedding". I thought to myself "YOU GOT IT!".
I was even inspired to make my own brooch bouquet after seeing them on the Divine Curves Facebook page! I got to use brooches that belonged to numerous women in my family. It will always be very sentimental piece that I can keep forever!

Page 6 My sister found Divine Curves Bridal online and I called for an appointment to try on dresses. In the mean time, I had to gone to a large chain bridal store and found a dress that I thought was the dress for me. I even considered canceling my appointment but I am so glad I didn’t. Tina met my mom and me, at the door, with a smile and ultimately made my wedding dress shopping fun and because I was Tina'’s only appointment I had her complete attention.
Divine Curves Bridal carries only plus size bridal gowns and accessories; you try on dresses that fit, not dresses that are too small and are pinned to you. You get to see exactly how the gown will look on you, your body. Tina had me try on different styles of dresses so we could see what really looked good on me and also, so she could know what I wanted. She brought out a dress and said “just try this one on, see what you think of this style.” It was “my dress”! Tina knew exactly what I needed, what would look the best on me and make me feel so good about myself. Next she worked with me for over an hour, as she helped me pick out the perfect veil, she even had me try on different slips to make sure I had the exact look I wanted for my wedding.
I am so happy that I did not settle for the "it will do" dress. Now I have a dress that compliments me and hides my flaws. My wedding dress encompasses everything that I am and everything I wanted in a wedding dress.
